Reducing Cholesterol,The human body produces oil and other substances that circulate in the blood. One example is the insulin that is secreted by the pancreas in response to increasing the quantity of sugar from the food you eat the person. The cells then absorb this, that each of calories needed for energy production.

Another substance that the body is naturally produced cholesterol. This is also consumed in food to eat. There are two types of HDL and LDL-cholesterol.

LDL is better known as bad cholesterol. The reason is because it is so bad that the system gives people the risk of suffering a heart attack or stroke.

The first is a change of diet. This means eating less than those that are rich in saturated fats, such as red meat and dairy products. This must change for fish, fruits, nuts, oats and vegetables.

Studies have shown that regularly eating oatmeal can reduce cholesterol and LDL trigylecerides level in just 2 weeks. Imagine what might happen if this occurs even after only one month?

The second exercise. The body has stored fat after how many years can not participate in physical activity. Changing eating habits can not go so far and sweat which will increase the metabolic rate to reduce cholesterol levels of patients.

The third, which is often not the case for the person to take supplements helps reduce cholesterol. Examples are Bible-acid resins, Ezetimibe acid, fibrates, niacin and statins.
